Our mediators are trained to the highest standards and subscribe to either and or both the European Code of Conduct and or the Code of Practice provided by the Family Mediation Council. Our mediators are all fully insured to handle the most valuable of disputes and regularly undertake continuing professional development to ensure high levels of competence, and ethics. Our feedback questionnaire helps maintain service levels and in the unlikely event of complaint our quality assurance complaints procedure provides prompt and efficient resolution.
