Family Mediation Fees
Family mediation fees are per party per session. Family mediation sessions are for 1.5-hours. Family mediation fees include the costs of the instruction and appointment of a mediator. Family mediation fees do not include, if appropriate, venue hire costs if the mediation session is not carried out remotely or in our offices.
