Family Mediation Fees
Family Mediation fees for private paying participants including drafting of mediation documents are charged per participant, per meeting, per document.
Subject to eligibility we provide Family Mediation under Legal Aid and child only Family Mediation under the Ministry of Justice Family Mediation Voucher Scheme.
All Family Mediation fees include service charges, taxes and the costs of the instruction and appointment of a Mediator. Family Mediation costs do not include venue hire fees if the Mediation Information and Assessment Meetings [MIAM] or Family Mediation substantive meetings is not carried out remotely or in our offices.
A MIAM is a mandatory 45-minute “preliminary information sharing meeting”. Family Mediation substantive meetings with both participants together and a Mediator and are charged by 90-minutes not hourly rates.
