Civil and Commercial Mediation Fees
Civil and Commercial Mediation fees are per party. Civil and Commercial Mediation fees include the costs of the instruction and appointment of a mediator. Civil and Commercial Mediation fees do not include, if required, alternative venue hire costs if the mediation meeting is not carried out remotely or in our offices.
